How to receive goods

How to Receive Goods: Real-time Tracking, Secure Receipt

(I) Logistics Tracking Methods

Domestic Orders: After the merchant ships the goods, the system will automatically push the tracking number to your mobile phone/email. You can view the real-time tracking

in "My Orders - Logistics Information" (supports SF Express, JD Logistics, etc.);

Cross-border Orders: An international tracking number (such as DHL, FedEx) will be generated after shipment. You can track the goods through the mall's logistics page or the

PayPal order details page. Customs clearance progress can be checked in some regions. (II) Receiving and Inspection Process Upon delivery, please check the package for any

damage to its appearance and seals. If there is obvious damage, you can refuse to accept the package and contact customer service immediately to register the issue. After

signing for the package, it is recommended to open and inspect it within 24 hours to verify that the quantity and specifications of the goods match the order. Pay special

attention to checking the condition of perishable goods and fragile items (such as electronic products and glassware). If you find any shortages, damage, or incorrect shipments,

please retain photographic evidence of the package's appearance, the actual goods, and the courier's waybill, and contact customer service immediately for assistance

(within 24 hours for domestic orders and within 72 hours for cross-border orders). (III) Important Notes on Receiving Goods

Domestic orders take 3-7 days for regular express delivery and 1-3 days for expedited delivery; cross-border orders take 7-21 days (subject to customs clearance and regional

restrictions). Please plan your shopping time accordingly.

If you need to change your shipping address or contact information, you can modify it in "My Orders" before shipment for domestic orders, but not after shipment for

cross-border orders. Thank you for your understanding.

If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts according to the rules. If the package still cannot be signed for, it will be returned to

the merchant, and you will need to contact customer service for reshipment (which may incur secondary shipping fees).
